Great place to go for all of your insurance needs. Everyone is friendly, helpful and responsive. Bouslog insurance also does a wonderful job of keeping your rates as low as possible. You can go anywhere to get insurance, but the peace of mind you will get from this local and established business is priceless.

I called these people on a Friday morning to cancel my half of a joint policy. When i spoke with a lady in the office she said "no problem, i will get this taken care of," I asked if I need to sign anything. She pulled up my policy and said no. On the following Tuesday I find out I am paying for two policies because they were not able to cancel my half of the plan. They had all day Friday and all day Monday to get back to me to let me know this and never did.

To top it off, everyone in the office is BEYOND rude, they are inconsiderate and snobby. I will never do business with these people again.

I have since filled a complaint with the insurance company they represent stating the unprofessional behavior I experienced when attempting to deal with Bouslog.
