We purchased an ac/heat unit almost 10 years ago and up until 2 days ago it was working great. I will cal them today to see if our unit can be fixed. They have been honest, respectful and very helpful any time I have contacted them.

I called in my assessment after the visit because I was so impressed by the young man that was sent. He was polite, gracious, patient, explained everything and was in short, simply terrific. I told the operator I spoke to this man ought to be training your technicians as he was one of the best I have encountered in years of home ownership. You can send him back anytime!

I have had numerous dealings with the Boulden's franchise services. Their electrical service, hvac service and I they supply my propane. Every time I use their services I ask myself why do I keep calling them back. They appear and conduct themselves proffessionally, but they are more salesman than technician. They try to sell you something new everytime they visit no matter if you need it or not. They called me recently to promote a $49.00 furnace tune-up and when the technician was done it ended with him tagging my hotwater heater as having unsafe exhaust. He turned, the gas off to it and would not turn it back on leaving me without hot water. He quoted a $2000.00 fix plus a $180.00 furnace part, plus the original $49.00 service promotion. I paid the $49.00 and sent him on his way. That seems a bit inventive since they have been there before and never said anything about the water heater being unsafe. I also had the house inspected 3 years ago when I bought it and it never came up. Hotwater heater was installed in 2007 from previous owner. Remember I was under the impression of a routine furnace cleaning from their promotion. It was only a gimmick to get in and drum up business (scam). I wouldn't buy their propane, but they say I can't buy it anywhere else becuase it's their tank in the ground (scam). Electrical service contracts with them are a joke and waste of money as well (my past experience). It's my fault though I keep using them, however this is the last time. I have another contractor to give a second opinion and even if they (Boulden) were right I don't trust them to do the job, (again from numerous past experiences dealing with them not all documented here).

Our AC broke on one of the hottest day's of the summer. We called Boulden's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and they came out right away. The technician's were polite, neat, curtious and knowledgable. They explained the problem in a way we could understand and quoted us the price to make the repair before they began the work. They also did a through check of the AC unit to be sure all was well before leaving. Thank you Boulden for fixing our AC and keeping us cool again. Our panting English Bulldog is happy too!

We purchased top of the line heater and air conditioner in April 2008. We are not happy with the heat. We are not happy with the "savings" in the electric usage. The air conditioner does not get below 73 unless the temperature outside is below 73. Not exactly what you spend the big bucks for now is it.
