I came home one day to find my car was missing from where it was parked the previous night. I reported my car stolen. Fast forward 7 moths later to find out they towed my car after a 4 car pile up. I was never notified. Almost a year later they will not release my car after having it for almost a whole year. They are requesting over 7,000 for a car they never told me they had. Unfair, and very unjust. This is not how you do business. I wonder how many other cars are sitting here without the knowledge of the real owners.
