We had this company come out to fix several leaks in our roof. The day that they showed up our scaffolding disappeared. They denied taking it so there wasn't much we could do. A few days later it was clear that the leaks were not fixed, so we called them back out. He told my husband that he ignored me because he didn't think I knew what I was talking about. They came back out, and by the next rain the leaks were still there. We called them back out again, and he had no idea what to do. He said he would have to come back when it was actually raining. We called another company out for a consult and they said the roof was full of holes, either caused or ignored by Bonded Applicators. Their estimate for the repairs was less than a third of what they charged us. We decided to have the new company deal with the leaks, and lo and behold we haven't had an issue since. I contacted the owner and gave her a run down of what has happened and she said she was not willing to do anything.
