When I dropped my truck off for paint and light body repair I was greeted by friendly staff and given precise details what was going to be done to my truck and the amount of time it would take. I was also told the price it would cost. Since this was going to be paid by me and not by my insurance company I was especially interested in the price. When I returned three days later my truck was completed as promised and the detail to workmanship was perfect. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the time it was done in. I feel that I was given a very fair price as I had checked with a couple of other shops in town before I made my final decision. If I need auto body work done in the future I will not hesitate to come here first.

Had a bad experience. We were given a top estimate of $750 and ended up paying $1200. We were also told the vehicle would be ready in two days and it wasn't ready for nine. We found them to be completely dishonest and untrustworthy.

My husband and I have used body masters 4 times since 06.The reason we chose them in the first place is because they were on our insurance. The first three times they did wonderful work, we couldnt have had better job done, they were very friendly and caring that is why we kept goin back! I wish I could say same this last time. When I brought the vehicle to them I walked out there with PAM BULL (very rude) to show her all the damage and she said no problem. They didnt fix 2 things on the vehichle, we went back to show it to them, they refused and said that the damage was already there. On top of all that, the right front rim that was damaged and suposed to be replaced now has a chrome defect (some sort of stain lookin thing on it) but i'm tired of fighting with them, I mean why just so they can be RUDE and deny it again. Also before this LAST time that they worked on my vehicle I sadly recomended them to 2 people from the town I live in, and neither one of them are satisfied either. I hate to see what was such a good business go down like this but it has. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! THIS WAS THE LAST TIME THEY WILL HAVE EVER WORKED ON ONE OF MY VEHICLES, and beware the ladies in the office need a major attitude adjustment!!!
