I ordered twice this week lol! I got a free shipping coupon from the facebook and another one in my email! I am a little obsessed. you should be too haha :)

This is my third time ordering from these guys, I am impressed with the selection and prices.

My girlfriend was very happy with the gifts I ordered for her from this site, the shipping was quick and free. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered a $175 white gold belly ring. Service was very slow, the product took 12 days to get to me. The ring feels very cheap as though plastic which causes it to not lie properly. I contacted customer support via telephone but they never returned my call. So, I emailed them and told them I tried it on and it wasnt laying properly. That was when they sent me an MAS with instructions on how to return the item. While reviewing it, I discovered that even if I followed the directions, I wouldnt receive a refund or credit! So, customer support is horrible as well because they dont read their emails or return phone calls. Its definitely Buyer beware with BodyCandy! I will never do business with them again.

Their customer service rocks! I ordered what I thought was a pair of plugs, only received one, looked back and saw that they were sold separately, when I called their customer service they gave me free shipping and a discount for MY mistake! Lets just say I have found my new body jewelry site. I only wish they had more plugs in my size (1 inch).

This website is awesome! I will never order from anywhere else. They have the best selection of belly rings and super low prices! One of my rings lost the gem and they replaced it for me without a fight, I will def reccomend them to anyone!!!!!!

I purchased a belly ring in Dec. 2010 14Kgold with cubic zirconia drop. $130.00 the belly ring lasted 11 months and fell apart. I called only a 30 day warranty but offered me 15% off to purchase something else. I told them I would not be making anymore purchases from them, I can get a better warranty on 14K gold items with a local jeweler. Bad business, weak warranty.

STAY AWAY. This place is GARBAGE. I too got suckered in by all the pretty belly rings, and the positive reviews. I splurged and bought 3 belly rings for an upcoming vacation. They arrived and were so pretty, so I didn't bother waiting until the vacation, I put one in and wore it for the evening. I went to the bar with friends, went home. It hadn't even been worn for 6 hours and I noticed that the gemstone that was in the top ball closure had fallen out. Now that belly ring is unwearable unless I purchase extra closures from their site as it was a colored bar, not silver. I also love how I wrote a review on their website, even took pictures of the broken belly ring, and when I was done writing it I got a notification that said, "Your review is awaiting moderation." HOW SURPRISING that the review was NEVER posted. This place sells overpriced, cheaply made body jewelry. I love how their is a no return policy either. They would have been returned in a second. Now it makes sense why there is only 5 or less reviews, or simply NONE on all of their products. They can't even be bothered to approve truthful reviews, just what the pick and choose to be the best. BODY CANDY, YOU SUCK!

Don't ever order anything from these frauds! I tried to post my review on their website, which, I might add, had no offensive content but was honest and they didn't post it. They sent me some piece of crap nose studs that were supposedly white gold and real stones and cost me $30 a piece. They were total garbage. The one arrived and was completely tarnished and looked like a piece of junk that I wouldn't even pay $2.00 for! What a joke this company is.

I always order my body jewelry from here and never once had a problem. Plus I always get coupons from them as well. The customer service is amazing, in fact I gave them my old address and therefore didn't receive my order, they not only re sent my entire order but since I had to wait because one of my pieces was back ordered threw in an extra navel ring. 4 navel rings for 18 bucks including shipping I will never shop for body jewelry anywhere else again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I spent a over a hundred dollars on several pieces of jewelry. Upon arrival most pieces were broken or un-usable. After several very unprofessional conversations they agreed to return my money (and I offered to return the product). Yea they kept my money and ignored me. Use to love this website; COMPLETE TRAGEDY!!!

I totally recommend bodycandy.com. They've been shipping the next business day, have fast responses to emails, and one piece came defective they shipped a replacement out to me asap without me having to send it back. Not to mention the great prices!
