Terrible customer service. I tried emailing them asking a question about a piece of jewelry and they didn't even know the answer and was very rude about it. I placed an order for 2 horseshoes rings and both balls on one of them was stripped and they wouldn't let me send it back even though I contacted them the day that I received them and again they were very rude about it. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I love this site, always get my merchandise fast with no shipping drama and it's pretty good quality to me. I mean I've paid more and gotten worst so. Anyway I def. recommend this site! :)

Very cheap merchandise. and I didn't realize that industrials can be really short and a few that I ordered didn't fit because they were made for baby ears or something. Also I got an industrial bar that had a musical note on it and it immediately broke off when I was unscrewing the ball. im pretty much screwed because there are no refunds

I actually ordered over $ 140.00 worth of jewelry and had problems from the start. It was wrong orders, to infections from plugs! I ordered about 12 tragus piercing in which they are sold separately and the ball didn't screw right, bioplasts were actually difficult. 8 nose rings fell out.

This site is AMAZING! March 25th I ordered 3 pairs of plugs and 3 pairs of tapers. They said it should take about 1-3 weeks since I live in FL. March 30th they arrive in the mail in perfect condition! I'm so happy with this site- the rewards points they give out are incredibly easy to earn if you shop like I do, and the site navigation is simple and easy! I definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to get nice quality jewelry at a low low price!

can the people that work here remove piercings? my lip bar top sunk in my lip..

Their products are cheaply made and not worth what they ask for. I emailed with a question about an order I placed and NEVER got a response. I wasted my money on an item that just looking at it you can tell it won't fit, but there are no returns. I would not recommend. I prefer bodysparkle.com or even just hot topic over them.

It's great...if you know exactly what you want and are willing to bet your money on it that you'll like it and it will fit you perfectly.

Well, the nose bones are too big. I haven't even worn one of them..but I opened the package and they will NOT TAKE ANYTHING BACK.



NO RETURNS.



That's rough. Just too much stress for me. I can't be gambling my money away like that. I just wasted $70...down the drain. Now what to do w/ the cute studs?? No idea.



I will find somewhere else to shop with a better return policy.

I saw almost no bad reviews for the site so I ordered a plug, I emailed them to ask when it would probably arrive and they said within 4 weeks. It arrived about 10 days after I placed the order, exactly as pictured. I am about to order from them again.
