Bob's Appliance Repair went above and beyond expectations for me to fix my 20 year old Jenn-Air stove! He was persistent in finding the parts I needed to do the repair so that I did not have to replace the entire unit! I know that other repairmen would have just told me the parts were not available and the cost to me would have been much higher! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had Bob's out to fix my dryer. He had to order the part it came in the next day and was very quick with getting it fixed and stay right with the quote he gave for the work. I will use Bob's again if i need any appliance fixed..

I would highly recommend Bob for any appliance repair needs. He is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price came in under the quoted price which was pleasantly surprising. He was willing to come over outside his normal schedule in order to not interrupt my work schedule. He was very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied. You will never regret calling this guy.

Great service. Was out with in 2 hrs. Parts needed to fix my fridge were in the van so he was in and out within 45 minutes. Would recommend them to anyone needing an appliance fixed.

Bob arrived early (after calling to confirm I'd be home), diagnosed the problem with my fridge rapidly, was able to advise me of the problem, and had it fixed in less than half an hour.

I called after my washing machine was flooding. Bob came out the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very helpful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend using him. JB

I called Bob's Appliance Repair Company after spending a weekend cleaning up after a washer that flooded my laundry room, living room, kids room and bathroom because I was desperate. I had never called Bob's before and was worried I may get scammed but after reading the other comments left by customers I felt I had made a good decision. I felt even better after Bob made it to my house on time for the same day appointment I had made and fixed my washer within 25 minutes and explained some reasons for why the washer had malfunctioned. I was very pleased with the service and would/will call him again if I have any troubles with any other appliances in the future.

Excellent service. Came out same day called. Came with part for repair and washer was back in service in less than 1 hour.

My 10-year-old Kenmore washer started acting up a couple of nights ago. Initially, I called Sears and was told the first available appointment was not until February 1st! Not wanting to wait a week and a half, I called Bob's Appliance Repair, and Bob was able to come over within an hour! Bob was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes, and the cost was nominal! I cannot wait to do laundry tonight!

Bob came to repair our Whirlpool dryer today. He was the most pleasant Christian man and did the repair with lightning quick speed. He showed me which part was in need of repair so that I could confirm that my dryer indeed was in need of repair. He gave me some good advice about my washer and how to prevent being "taken advantage of" by other appliance repair companies when making a service call. I felt that I was in very good hands by using Bob's Appliance Repair today. I highly recommend calling this company for your future repairs!!!

I am thrilled with Bob at Bob's Appliance Repair Co! A friend referred me to him and he did an amazing job at a fair and reasonable price! As a single mother, I am always afraid to trust someone to do honest work and charge me a reasonable fee. I am not schooled in any type of repair work so being taken advantage of financially is always a risk; however, Bob found the problem immediately and quickly repaired it and actually shared some helpful information with me for future reference. I would (and WILL) recommend him to everyone I know who needs a repair man! FIVE BAJILLION STARS and TWO THUMBS UP!!! Call him!
