Please do not use this contractor!!!!!! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF! He takes advantage of out of state residents and the elderly. He will lie to your face. He overcharged my family over $3000!!!!! Not only will he overcharge you; his subcontractors are not professional and can not be trusted. We asked him to tear up the linoleum before they laid down the tile and they did not! We have photo's to prove this. We reached out to 2 other contractor's in the area & both estimates did not exceed $2200. Bob Westberry charged $5400. Bob also measured 550 sq ft & the 2 other contractors said that there was only 430 sq ft. When Bob was confronted, he said that he was done with my family and hung up on them. Please for the sake of sanity, your hard earned money, and deserved quality-DO NOT USE BOB WESTBERRY!
