called and had them out in a day! Ross was very professional on the job. They called me to let me know when and who was coming to my house before he came. Ross took the time to explain things to me and didn't try to add services that I did not need. Price was great. Will continue to use them for the years to come.

I call on a Sunday with an emergency pumping need, my tank was oberflowing. The woman who answered the phone whined that they had worked all day Saturday and really wanted a day off and that I should call someone else. I will NEVER call them again. Seriously rude and unprofessional.

Completly happy with the work and service. Two nice young and obviously experienced, men showed up as scheduled and did a great job on a relatively ugly tank. They were also very patient and informative as I asked a lot of questions while they were working. Marilyn was friendly and cordial when I initially contacted this company. Kitsap Septic gets a thumbs up from me.....

Had to call them on a Saturday. They arrived in less than an hour. Gave me plenty of instruction and how to save money this time and in the future. The technician on site was tremendous. Great service, very friendly and extremely helpful and informative. IF you call anyone else to help you.......you are crazy. Thanks guys.

Called them on a Sunday afternoon because my septic was backed up into the shower and after spending a few minutes on the phone the problem was fixed with a stick breaking a grease clog. This is a company i would spend my money on because they are concerned with giving the customer what they need and not selling them something that they do not need. What a refreshing company in the world we live in today. Thanks

Great price and excellent service. These two brothers came out on a legal holiday, no extra cost. I knew there would be an extra charge to their estimate because it had been years since the septic was serviced. There was, but not near as much as I expected, and their price was still lower than most initial estimates from their competitors. I highly recommend them - appear to be honest and were definitely fair and reasonable. They knew what they were doing too.

It's not a pretty business... But Bob and Marilyn sure are friendly about it! Quick, professional, cooperative and reasonable, I highly recommend Kitsap Septic!
