Took 5 phone calls & 4 hours of running back n forth & waiting around to get my car back was given wrong info on what was needed

When you call the girls who answer the phone never know anything. they always take your number and promise to call back with info but never call back

they are thieves, took my Nikon camera, that had important photos on it, also hit the back end of my car, looks like with a chain, caused an upper piece to shift, 2014 model. this guy sucks!
