Offering virtual Tai Chi lesson for health. Achieve better balance; improve postural alignment; reduce stress; increase flexibility; increase strength; better emotional stability; and improve cardiovascular function. Classes are designed around 18 movement tai chi/qigong; 24 movement simplified and Yang style 85 movement. Both group and private lessons available. In addition I'm also offering advanced classes in Tai Chi competition forms; Tai Chi straight sword and broad sword; Bagua; Xingyi; and Liu He Ba Fa (water boxing). All classes are taught by Allen Washington.
