UNTRUSTWORTHY. Rating should be a ZERO star, but this review system won't allow us to put in anything less than 1 star. This Company is totally incompetent, overcharges and then ignores your phone calls when you try to call Brian Hardsaw to stand by his "warranty". We were charged $700 for 2 hours and the roof still leaks. When we call from a different number (so Brian Hardsaw doesn't know it is us calling), he answers and promises to come out and fix the problem (again). This has left us with additional damage in the house because of a leaking roof. We have taken off work, only to have a no show roofer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. They promise their warranty, and can't even get the job right. We will be filing a small claims action against this company. We still have a leaking roof and have been given an estimate of $350. This guy overcharged, didn't fix the leak and left us with more damage than we started with.
