DO NOT USE BLAU!!! They will rip you off!

I had my heat go out during a recent cold snap. Blau came out to my house, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken part. When I saw the price, I was shocked. I was charged $559 dollars for a part that I found online (at several sites) for an average of price of $194.71. I realize they need to markup the price a little, but 3x the price? Outrageous!!! Do not call them for service ever.

AFTERNOON. MY HOME SEWER LINE WAS PLUGGED AND I HAD HOUSEGUESTS ARRIVING IN 2 HOURS.

YOUR MAN WAS PROMPT, COURTIOUS AND THOROUGH. HE FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN AN HOUR AND

CHARGED A FAIR PRICE. I WILL RECOMMEND BLAU TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

These people will rip you off.
