Very professional taxi service. Called Black Tie Car Services to have a taxi take me to a doctor's appointment. They sent me an immediate email confirmation and than also called early in morning the day of my appointment to confirm. My doctor's appointment got cancelled. I let them know I had to cancel the taxi. They were very understanding and polite about it. I appreciate the fact that they were available and kept in constant contact with me unlike other taxi services I have dealt with. Even though i didn't get to use their service, they left me with very good impression as being very professional and very reliable.

John and Avo and his team of drivers at Black Tie Car Services are wonderful. They are professional, punctual and personable.
