This is my second time dealing with them, unfortunately. My apartment complex uses them, they rip you off with their ridiculous fees. Supposedly their fee is part of the ordinance fee for impounds from the city of Fort Worth. Fort worth's towing and impound fee are half the price of this place. I feel sorry for everyone who has to deal with them. They have already been on the news for this.

This a con towing service. They go out and look for cars and bring them min. Normal cost is $400 to retrieve your Car and more if larger truck. Terrible service takes hours to retrieve vechiclr. This is an illegal business that will be ran out of town. There is no way anyone could say 5 star unless you own this ripp off establishment which by the way the owner is gay.

The father and son team are very polite, prompt and professional. Ollie's wife (the boss) is always extremely kind and very helpful over the phone and gets service to you immediately. Thank you for all your help, even tho you all went far beyond what other tow companies would have as well as the patients.
