I was given the total run a round from this business for 2 days in regards to programming a transponder (remote) key for my car. My first day at there location I waited around just to be told to come back tomorrow because they didnt't have the machine at the time to actually program the key. The next day I called to make sure that they would be able to do and was told yes and to come in at 11, once I arrived I gave them the key and stepped out for about 30 min. When I came back I was approached by a women that I never saw or spoke to, she proceeds to tell me that the man with the machine is still out and she would call me once the machine came back 3 days and counting (not really, problem resolve else where) I still haven't received a call just to even say sorry but we are unable to program the key, how rude and unprofessional!!!!!
