DO BOT RECOMMEND!!! One star is too generous. Looks like I should have read the previous review as the same thing happened to me. I called about three weeks ago saying I had a leak and he said he was about two weeks out. Also said he would call me at the end of the week to set up the actual appointment. I called back a week and a half later as They never called, and he says oh maybe the end of this week. It's now the end of the week and nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I called them to fix sprinklers and was told they were two to three weeks out. I said that's fine, 3 weeks goes by and I call them to see if they forgot. The man who I spoke with before was a complete jerk! He first said I don't have my notebook so I have no idea what you are talking about. I said ok, he then said what I misunderstood was what was my name? I thought he said what do you need? I asked him what do I need? He then shouted like I said before a complete jerk what is your name!! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Had the crew of Bills Sprinklers install my sprinkler system in August of 2013. They completed the job in less than two day. Fast courteous employees. My only complaint was that they started so early in the morning. Sprinklers work great and all areas of yard have coverage. Great service.

I purchased my first home as a single mother and hired Bill of Bill's Sprinklers to level dirt (I had had hauled in by another trade) and install a sprinkling system over my nearly half acre lot. His service was horrible, he was undependable and did not keep promised appointments. His company left many lines not only visible but sitting above the ground surface which I had to bury myself! He installed the sprinkler heads in many places where there wasn't even coverage hitting clear out to the edge of lawn. When I called to complain and ask that they return to fix the system, I was told that that was all that he was willing to do.I now just built a second home and am in need of landscaping. I would purchase PVC pipe myself and stay up late taking online sprinkling installation coarses before I would EVER do business with Bill's Sprinkler's again!!
