Very Dissapointing General Contractor

As a Small Business Subcontractor we were invited to be "a part" of their Construction team for the Utah Data Center. We have attended meetings, provide budget numbers, design help, and provide documents to help Big-D get the job. All of this has cost our Small Business almost $ 100,000.00 to performed. After all said and done, we did not get a penny because we were not awarded a subcontract which was awarded to another contractor that has submitted a bid less than 1% to ours.
