She does not communicate at all. She never calls to let us know when she will show up and she was late. I don't have the time for all of that.

Her son tried to fix our liner and it didn't work out. He communicates better, but we wish he would have just told us from the get go that it more than likely wouldn't have worked out because of the specific issues we had. He offered to give us half of the labor back. His mom showed up with a check and she shorted us $200! We can't get a hold of her and she purposely waited so long to give us a "bill" so we could relook things over. She is absolutely awful!

NO SHOW!!!!!! NEVER EVEN A CALL FROM HER!!!!! I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINMENT AND SHE SHE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED ME TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL. MY HUSBAND CALLED HER TO SEE WHY SHE DIDN'T SHOW AND SHE SAID SHE IS NOT GOOD AT FINDING LEAKS IN VINYL LINERS AND TRIED TO REFER US TO SOMEONE ELSE. I WAS COUNTING ON HER. IF SHE DIDN'T THINIK SHE COULD HANDLE THE JOB, SHE NEVER SHOULD HAVE EVEN GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT. MY HUSBAND ASKED HER IF THIS IS THE WAY SHE DOES BUSINESS AND SHE HUNG UP ON HIM. GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY.
