I was a patient of dr. Dulaneys for 2 years and, while I did like dr. Dulaney, her staff made my experience horrible. There were several instances where the staff was unfriendly over the phone and in person. The instance that was the most upsetting was when I called because I thought I was having a miscarriage(which is exactly what I was having) and the on call nurse was very rude. As I was on the phone crying she said that she wouldn't help me because I hadn't seen the dr yet(I was only 6 wks and my appt was set for a couple weeks later) when I told her that dr Dulaney had been my dr for 2 years she said that the service was only for actual patients and I wasn't technically a patient yet. She made a devastating situation worse and because of that I no longer felt comfortable being a patient if that's how I was viewed. Again, dr Dulaney was always kind and professional, but the rest of her staff made my experience at her office one that I wish on no one.

Dr. Dulaney is a wonderful doctor. She is so easy to talk to about stuff that is not so easy to talk about. I would recommend her to anyone!!!!!! She is the best!

I have been trying to find a new OB/GYN and a friend told me about Dr. Betty Jo, she is by far the most compassionate, and caring. Her bed side manner is excellent. Thank you! Dr. Dulaney!

I love Dr. Dulaney. She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel more comfortable talking about things that are NOT comfortable to talk about. I recommend her to everybody (girl) that is looking for an ob/gyn doctor.
