William is very unprofessional. He does not know how to communicate appropriately. Simply asked for a quote on how much a 180 sq ft ceiling would cost and all I got was a million questions. When I did not hear from him for two days, I asked for an answer, he continued on with his questioning game asking what other people have quoted. He has awful professionalism and has no clue how to use grammer. I would not recommend him and after looking at his reviews, I am so glad we did not use him.

If you're looking for someone to just hang drywall, he's your guy . However, if you need someone to mud, sand and finish so your walls are ready for paint, find someone else. Spent $2200 to have work done, and can't paint because there are so many bumps, dents, swirls, and gouges. Mud is too thick in places, tape is showing, and corners aren't crisp and clean. My ceramic floors are covered in mud and it just keeps getting worse. He spent a grand total of about four hours a day over two weeks attempting to get the finish right, and was still unable to. I was unhappy, he knew it, and still couldn't make it right.

I hired William to hang and finish the drywall on my garage ceiling. He was very prompt about getting the job done, texted me every time he was on his way to work on it, and was at my home when he said he would be. His price was very reasonable, and his work looks very good. I found him to be a decent, hardworking guy. I think his competition has put bogus reviews here to try to drive work away from him. His Google reviews are all positive. I have forwarded his name to some friends who also need some drywall work done, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if needed.

Says all the right things, gets in, then the story changes. Manipulates you into giving him money before it's due, then disappears with your money and materials. DO NOT USE!

Quality workmanship. Price was affordable. Job completed in a timely matter. Very professional company. Mr.Buckles gave several options to ensure the work that needed to be completed was still in budget

William Buckles came to look at my job, we agreed on a quote, he was due to start the next morning and I gave him $300 to purchase materials the next morning. I have filed a theft complaint with the police as he was a now show, no communication for days, then told me his wallet was stolen so he no longer had the money and does nothing to make it right. There is not an option for 0 stars and could not post without at least a rating of 1 star.
