After being told they would be at my home between 10 and 12 they called and said they were running late and would be there from 12 to 1, he showed up at 2:30 for a recheck from a previous visit. He then charged me for another visit , it seems a bolt came out holding the track for the garage door. After the 1st visit I paid 220.00 I thought he would not charge me another 48.00 to screw in a bolt. Shouldn't he have checked that on his last visit? I mentioned that I had been waiting since 10 am and his comment to me was that he knew we were not going anywhere. My comment was that I will never call them again.

Called and spoke to the owner directly. I had no idea what was wrong but he assured me they could fix it and sent someone out that day. The guy that came out (I believe it was the owner's son) was very friendly and had my door working again in less than hour. Not only did the price seem reasonable, but he also gave me their coupon price and a 10 year warranty on the springs! I would definitley use them again!

A guy from best garage doors came to my house and gave me a ridiculous estimate. He really didn't seem like he was sure about the estimate. He asked me what other companies quoted me and basically said a Lil less than them. 

I ended up choosing service 1st overhead garage door. They were awesome. The  Best garage doors estimate was nearly 4 times what I paid at service 1st. 

My garage works perfectly now thanks to Adam and service first!
