Don't bring your dogs there to be groomed. I boarded my dogs there 5 years ago and had them groomed at that time. They botched up my poodle's coat and they both came home with diahrrea. Two weeks ago I brought in my new Havanese puppy and they ruined her coat. A stylist in training (they admitted this to me!) did her. And she botched up her coat, ruined it. Shaved her down and it is all uneven. Mind you, this was not her first cut, but her third haircut. I wanted a puppy cut. This 'stylist' said it could not be done! They do not care there. They train these so called 'stylist' on the job, they do not send them to school and they do whatever they want. I WILL NEVER BRING MY DOGS THERE AGAIN, FOR GOOD THIS TIME! HORRIBLE SERVICE, NOT PROFESSIONAL GROOMERS OR STYLISTS AS THEY CALL THEM THERE. THEY MEAN 'NO STYLIST'..

All I can say is I no longer bring my dogs there to be groomed. They botched up my shih tzu's coat and it took 8 months to grow back. They actually made her completely uneven allover and I told them this. They said no, that the cut was fine! I mean you could see it! They then said they would shave her down to make it even. Well, they did that and she got razor burns! I mean, come on! That was over one year ago and now she goes to a very fine place. No problems ever. Just warning you!

I had my big-boned German Shepherd/Collie mix groomed there for two years every 3 or 4 months, until I met a real groomer. The dog would always come home messed up, choppy and uneven. As if they just took a blade and ran it over, rather, hacked it over.. The groomer there would always say, they cannot get a smoothness to her coat because it was corse or whatever! Not true! Now she comes home looking beautiful and silky! Best Friends does not have well-trained groomers there.They never got it right, and I will not be back again!.
