It's so refreshing to see good old fashion customer service these days! Not only was the technician mannerable and presentable, he was fast! I mean quick! What I thought would take at least a couple of hours, was handled in less than 30 min. If any appliance in this house ever breaks down again (knocks on wood) , they'll be the first on my list! Like they say, don't throw it away, call these guys today!

I called this business to see of they buy used washer and dryers. I just bought a new set and needed to get rid of the old set. Some man answered the phone and was very rude and hung up the phone in my face. If they have bad customer service, they don't deserve business. Using your manners is free.

Charged $140.00 for $6.00 part.Washer started making grinding noise as soon as technician left.They have an F rating on BBB.Check it out.

DO NOT USE BEST APPLIANCE REPAIR THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY THE REPAIR MAN WHICH IS THE OWNER TOLD MY HUSBAND TO WAIT UNTIL 24 HRS BEFORE HE USE THE WASHING MACHINE. IT NEVER WAS REPAIRED................BEWARE OF THIS CO. AND OWNER.

This is a very unprofessional business. I would recommend that you stay very far away fromthem if you need appliance repair! There is no guarantee of services and it is impossible to speak to the owner regarding a complaint. The technician that damaged my maching is apparently also the manager and he states that the owner of the company is too busy to speak to me or return my call. I have been scammed out of $160 dollars when the technician was only in my home for one hour and caused my machine to be nonoperational. The technician also told me that they accepted cash only-I should have known that something was wrong! This company also claims on their business card and van to be a member of the Better Business Bureau but is not! They have been investigated by the BBB for fraud! Beware of Best Appliance Repair and Sales, 3511 Pinemont Dr. Suite A-1!!! I hope I am able to keep others from the same rip off that I received!

My refrigerator stopped working, for no apparent reason. I thought about replacing it, but seemed like a waste, being it still looked "like new". I saw an ad that said, "DON'T THROW IT AWAY, CALL TODAY", and decided to call BEST APPLIANCE REPAIR & SALES. The tech came out the same day and fixed my refrigerator to BETTER WORKING CONDITION than when I purchased it NEW, for a very reasonable fee! Talk about make my day... they made my next 15+ years! I called to get my washer serviced. When the technician arrived he was able to repair it and I purchased a dryer at an excellent price. I was given a package deal.
