Very bad experience with Bergamasque Inc. The Management has not been able to perform for us any professional study in order to check and validate the annual turn-over of our chocolate shop. Their poor experience in chocolate business led to a huge deviation between his assumptions and what really happened (-80%)! Their study was only "decorative", unprofessional and led us to a disaster. As far as we are concerned, we are sorry to say they do not have the appropriate experience to be presented as Experts in chocolate business.
