He was very nice and very clean work was done in a short time

Never call this company. Had a water line break under the slab in a rental with an elderly lady her daughter and granddaughter. I called and explained the issue and wanted a company that would do the job ASAP. I was told by their order desk that they would come out Sunday give me a quote and would be prepared to start work that day. They showed on Sunday charged $79.00. I was told by the plumber that he could not quote the job and did not have the equipment to do the repair because he was new and left. Monday a plumber showed up gave me a quote of $983.41 and left. Tuesday the plumber showed up dug up the floor the line was bad so I asked him to abandon the line and run a new line through the attic to the manifold and he agreed but would have to come back on Wednesday. He showed on Wednesday dug more holes in the floor covered up the old line called and said job complete but the bill will be more. 20 minutes after he left I received a call that water was coming up through the floor. I called the plumber and he said that he did not do as I asked and just tried to repair the old line that I asked him to abandon. He came back on Thursday and did the job as I asked. Bill $2,096.52. i tried talking with them and was told they did every thing i asked and shoud have been charged more.

Their ads say: The Punctual Plumber Promise - If there's any delay, it's you we pay! If we are late for your appointment, we pay you $5 per minute, up to $300.

How about a day late. they showed, no quote could not do the job that day as promised and left. They did refund my $79.00. oh boy.

I have never been so ripped off.

I needed a hose fitting cut and brazed. It should be a 15 minute job. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and told them exactly what needed to be done. They said it was a $59 service charge, plus the cost of doing the job. I asked for an estimate, but the lady on the phone said she couldn't give it to me. (This is total BS, because they could get someone who knows and I could get a reasonable estimate.) Regardless, I figured it couldn't cost all that much, being such a short and simple job. The guy got to my house and, first of all, said he didn't know if he had the parts. This was my first hint at their incompetence, since I had exactly described what needed to be done. Then, he gave me the estimate: $189, PLUS the $59 service charge. SERIOUSLY?!? $248 for a 15 minute (max) job? Even the guy who showed up agreed that it is a quick and easy job. If you exclude the cost of the part, materials, and the service charge, they still charge almost $750/hour for labor.

Been using Pitzer's for awhile. The man who comes to my home each time, John, does a great job.

I’m happy with the installation Michael did of the water heater. I think we’re really going to like the new water heater.

Overall a great experience, I’d say they were all stars. I was very satisfied.

I called the company to get an estimate to get my softwater and reverse osmosis system installed. They wouldn't quote me over the phone but said I had to pay $59.00 to have someone come out and give me a quote. When the service rep showed up he had a book that had the basic amounts charged for the services I needed. Once he showed me those cost I said I couldn't afford to do it at this time, but I still had to pay the $60.00 which I did. The cost to just install the 2 units was $667. If they could have given me the basic estimate over the phone I could have saved myself $60, what a chicken sh-t way to get money from people. They will never again any of my business or would I ever refere anyone to them. I have in the meantime gotten to other quotes from other plumbing businesses and had the units installed very professionally for less than 1/2 of BFP quote and I didn't have to pay $60 to get those quotes.

Michael was great! He was very respectful in my home and knowledgeable of the repair.

The service I received from Pitzer’s One Hour was definitely a value and I would rate it at 5 out of 5 stars! The tech was clean, and not all dirty and rough, and was friendly. He had a great performance.
