Awful. Completely unprofessional. I believe Doctor was staring at his reflection, because he was interested in anything I had to say. The staff tried to double bill me after they had already billed my insurance. Only good thing about BSA, is they have cool pens. Definitely would not recommend them, especially if you are in mental distress. Please do not remove my review again.
