I have needed two services calls from BDC. The first was several years ago when a door spring broke in the middle of the night. Both vehicles were trapped in the garage. BDC got a service man out right after lunch and apologized that it took so long. Late yesterday afternoon I had a broken cable and the door would not go down. They had a service man out the next day. The door was repaired is less than 30 minutes. Service man was friendly and efficient. Office staff is courteous and helpful. Prices were fair. Strongly recommend.

My garage door opener died during the holidays. I called BDC to install and then was in a car accident and had to cancel as they were waiting for me. It took a few more days before we could reschedule and they were fast, early, and helped me understand a few things that had been happening to my door previously. Very efficient

Property mgmt co called BDC door to repair our garage door that our maintenance person had looked at twice with no luck. BDC called to set up the appt, the technician (Tony) showed up on time, was very polite and had the problem diagnosed quickly, performed the needed repairs and told me what the problem was. Everything was done in under an hour. Would use them again. Great job.

The crew from BDC Doors has been AWESOME. I have had them fix my broken Sears door opener and a broken spring. On both visits they arrived within hours of my call. I have referred them to my father in law and he was happy with them too!

I had BDC Door come to replace a spring on my Wayne Dalton door and the technician did not adjust the door correctly before leaving so the door got stuck and caused one of my rails to be crooked they came out to adjust the door and because of the rail being crooked it now makes a popping noise I asked them to come out again and the technician said there was nothing he could do I called the office and the manager did not want to make things right rather then keep a customer he said they would refund my money and I could go look for someone else! I've worked for years in customer service and there is no way I would say that a customer I would try to make things right!

A few days ago, tese folks set the record for the quickest, most satisfactory service call in history - for any company in any industry! I tried to open my garage door and it went up about 16" and stopped. Cables hanging everywhere! Called BDC and Jennifer - efficient, professional, and friendly - said that their head tech, Tony, was just finishing a job in my neighborhood. Short story - within AN HOUR of my discovering the problem, Tony had my door fixed and operating better than ever! Wow! What a joy it is to do business with a company that has such expertise, service, and reliability! Call them. You won't regret it!

Our 20 year old garage door opener was completely dead. When I called BDC they said that they would bring a new door operator on the truck but they would try to fix the old one. The technician was on time, he fixed a broken wire in the first five minutes of the service call, then he cleaned, lubricated and checked the entire system. He adjusted all of the linkage and installed three new rollers. Courteous, efficient, focused and knew what he was doing. Very reasonable cost and great service.
