I'm remodeling my 44 year old house and one of my goals was to install a new roof. I had intended to do the work myself, but a medical emergency changed that. Martin Barr gave me a quote without having to wait and changed his schedule to help me. His crew removed my old roof and installed the new one including a ridge vent in one day. The work is immaculate. I couldn't have done it myself any better, and I am an avid do-it-yourselfer. The ground cleanup was better than I expected. My property was cleaner when they left than when they got here. If you need an honest roofing contractor, do yourself a favor and give martin a call. Highly recommended.

Martin was very good to us. He made a couple of trips for repairs and was always professional and completed the work quickly and was quality work. We needed to replace our roof and he meet with our insurance company to discuss and show damage we had incurred from a bad storm. Martin worked with us to schedule the replacement in a timely manner and was always very professional. His crew showed up on time, did high quality work and left our property clean and free of nails and debris. Martin was EXCELLENT to work with, made the whole process easy. He put an entire roof on, reflashed my chimney, and replaced some bad decking all in a day. Maintained contact before, during and after the job. He and his crew did a fantastic job and I could not be happier. Absolutely recommend!

Kitchen renovation at it's finest! Martin and his team transformed my old kitchen into modern and fancy. My wife and I are ecstatic how the renovation turned out. It was night and day comparison. From start to finish, I was extremely pleased with Barr Roofing & Exteriors. I contacted several roofing companies to obtain bids for a new roof and was quite surprised that not only was someone answering the phone on a Saturday afternoon but that it was the owner, Martin Barr. Martin's bid wasn't the lowest nor the highest but the factor that sold us on Barr Roofing was Martin's responsiveness to our numerous questions as we were comparing bids and considering different roofing materials. Martin offered us different alternatives so that we could get everything on our "wish" list within our budget. Martin and his crew arrived promptly at 7 a.m. on the promised date for a scheduled two-day roof removal and install. Due to the chance of rain in the forecast, Martin directed the crew to work on the roof in sections in order to minimize the chance of exposing unfinished portions of the roof to moisture. My assumption is this process was more time consuming than having his crew rip off the entire roof all at once but it was a good precautionary measure as the rain showers did roll in the next day. I also had mentioned to Martin about replacing a window due to a broken seal and he suggested that I could probably just replace the broken panel. Martin took the time to track down the former manufacturer and provide me with information on who to contact to make a warranty claim instead of trying to sell me a new window installation. It is evident that Martin takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients. His crew members were professional and polite and cleaned up the work area each time they left. And if you're wondering, the new roof looks great! I highly recommend Martin and Barr Roofing & Exteriors.

Barr Roofing did a fabulous job installing my skylights. Additionally, they suggested a method of effectively covering my chimney to prevent water from running down inside the siding. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend.

Barr Roofing was recommended to me by my mom who had work done by them in the past. Martin was very straight forward and thorough in his estimate and kept me informed throughout the process. When we ran into unexpected damages his team was able to pivot and complete the additional repairs quickly, they sent me photos of all the needed repairs. After each stage up the upgrades his team thoughtfully cleaned up and ran magnets over the property to make sure there were no errant nails or staples. When we found that a power cable was accidentally taken Martin hand delivered a new one back to the property as soon as possible. After they finished the upgrades and repairs the building looks GREAT, you can really see the craftsmanship and thoughtfulness that goes into the work.

We reached out to Martin to inspect our leaking roof. Martin was extremely professional throughout the process of giving us a reasonable estimate, providing alternative solutions, and installing our choice of roofing material. When he discovered that we did not need gutter-related work, he took back the materials that he thought we might've needed, without exploiting our ignorance and charging us the material he bought. A thorough gentleman. We strongly recommend Martin and his crew to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof.

Great experience with Martin Barr! He was very detailed & complete when helping us select our materials for a big siding project. We were trying to match the existing look of the house, including trim colors, & deck support posts. He was very easy and enjoyable to work with. His communication with us was excellent. We were very impressed with the amount of time he spent planning our project to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it. His crews did a great job and he personally made sure it was all done properly and completely. They rebuilt some outdoor steps and were even able to match the railing to the existing deck railing. He returned to make sure we were happy with the finished job and even returned again to review a few questions we had. We could not have been more pleased. He seriously cares about customer satisfaction!

Martin was excellent to work with, explained the entire process, and made sure all work was done to his very high standards. His crew did a great job and I could not even tell that they had torn off the roof and replaced it once they were finished. Our HOA chose Barr Roofing because of the BBB reviews and reasonable bid. Martin Barr is a very hands on owner and is very particular about the work that his crew performs. His crew did an excellent job of clean up each night after they finished and were very careful not to destroy any landscaping. Martin is professional, conscientious and honest. We were very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend Barr Roofing.

Barr Roofing and Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my vinyl siding, Facia and gutters. He really does treat you like family from day one. Once you commit to hiring him, he is in contact with you every few days just to let you know where your job stands. Once the job starts, he is in constant contact with you and inspects the progress and quality of the job numerous times. He truly does take pride in his work and wants everything to be to your satisfaction. After the job is complete, when a small issue was found, he got his crew out the next day to fix it. He is an honest and quality contactor and I would hire him again.

Barr Roofing and Exteriors just completed our new roof, gutters and downspouts and we couldn't be more impressed with the whole experience. We had hail damage and had our roof inspected by our insurance company. Barr Roofing and exteriors was the second company we called. Martin Barr is an honest and personable man who is proud of his product. He explained the little things he does that make his finished product something he is proud of and the customer is pleased with.The first company we talked to wanted the entire insurance money paid up front but now Martin. That was a big plus in our book. His team was skilled, neat and respectful of our landscaping. The clean up was exemplary. They even went over the entire property with a magnet roller looking for errant nails. We are over the moon happy with Barr Roofing and Exteriors.

After getting a quote from a different company, I found Martin Barr. I am glad I did. We the various options for a new roof and their pro's and con's. Martin was thorough in his evaluations of each type and we decided on the best option for my house and me. Everything he did, he made sure i was aware of what was going to occur and when. I didn't have to worry about whether they would show up or not. The work was done efficiently and excellently. Any question I had was answered quickly and truthfully.
