Provided by YP.comThis is the second time I have dealt with the rudeness of your employees. The same kid Nick Stong has anasty attitude, I had to ask him if he was the owners son because that is the only way he is getting away with talking to customers the way he has talked to me. I have had repairs done the fan has had to be replaced twice, at this point I think the employees just say what ever they want to get you to pay. I am a paying customer and have spent several hundred dollars in this particular vacuum shop. I won't be recommending this place to anyone. The kid even had the nerve to tell me that his boss was standing right next to him when I asked if he was allowed to speak to customers that way. When I asked to speak to his boss the boss said he was in another room. Get your act together people, you're providing a service, one that you want return customers to keep coming back. Seems like customers or customer service is NOT A priority to your company.
