I thought I had already reviewed this company a year ago when I used them, but I guess not, so here's the skinny:

THey came out and appeared at 1st to do a good job, but ultimately, it ended up being the worst for the following reasons:

1) Inspite of having a truck mount, they used COLD water. When I asked, they went out to look at the truck and replied it was too windy out and they couldn't keep the pilot lit for the gas heater.

2) Their equiptment is old and faulty (as indicated by 1) above). But in this next item, they sprayed water/solution ont he carpet that was not properly sucked back up, ultimately wetting the padding and leaving carpet and pad wet.

I didn't realize it until 1 to 2 weeks later when it started to stink. Padding was getting moldy and such.

I called and they explained that they had just performed an airduct cleaning job before me which clogged their system and they hadn't realized it, whic is why there was low or no suction.

THey actually DID come back out and re-wash and suck the carpet dry, as well as spray down microban to kill bacteria, but it was just too little too late and with in a couple of days when the micro ban fragrance wore off, the stench was back.

And... almost forgot to mention this, the only way they came back was if I agreed to pay them another $20 for gas. LOL

I called them again, and they basically this time, they said, tough. They are not taking responsibility and we are done.

THis is why I now use big companies like Dalworth and others that have to take responsibility...



So I find it particularly ironic that they actually say, "we stand behind every job" in their blurb. That's especially untrue.

I called off a craigslist ad. They answered the phone ..carpet cleaning..but with no company name. I thought it was a little odd. When I asked they were evasive and acted put off. I should have trusted my instincts. They quoted a low price over the phone and I was on a budget, so I gave them a shot. WHAT A MISTAKE. The low price immediately changed when they got to my house. They said their "basic clean" wouldn't clean my carpets and they would need to do more. I reluctantly agreed. The end result was carpets that somehow looked worse than before they were cleaned. They were still wet the next day and starting to stink. The area near the baseboards was filthy...almost like the dirty water was flushed to the perimeter of the room. In a panic I called another cleaner...and had to pay AGAIN for a proper clean. They explained that the carpets were severely over wet and should have been dry the same day. We had to do an odor control treatment and mold preventative. I learned my lesson...a low price on the phone cost me big time. I've since read multiple reviews and craigslist posts describing the same thing. Apparently they advertise with several names and numbers to avoid negative reviews. This is the only place I could find to post a review. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They charged me $1700 to wax my office floors over the weekend. When I came in the baseboards were a mess, there was old, yellow wax still in the corners, and no one there will help me with either making this right or giving me a refund. STAY AWAY.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY ALERT! This company uses multiple business names INCLUDING mine ILLEGALLY. They spam craigslist using different names and a handful of phone numbers to make a quick buck. A few names they advertise illegally under include Lonestar Carpet Cleaning, Folsom Lake Carpet Cleaning (us..we're in California!), G1 Carpet Cleaning, Express Carpet Cleaning and a host of others. Many of the names are made up. Many are blatantly stolen from other legitimate companies. They often copy an existing online ad and simply replace the phone number with one of their own. They answer the phones CARPET CLEANING and the scam begins. It's difficult to find reviews because they change names so frequently. The reviews we have been able to track down are..as expected...horrible. I see a new one here on YP...likely written by the owner. Companies like this give our industry a bad name. Do yourself a favor and find one of the legitimate ones. THIS IS NOT IT! (972) 805-7090 or (469)-271-1439 ‎under ANY NAME is a scam. They removed their website...no doubt so noone could link to it with bad reviews. Buyer Beware. Call for yourself. Ask the company name. Ask for independent online reviews. The company was very upfront with their prices and was on time. I've been using the same company for 2years and they do great work from cleaning carpet to tile and trout thank you Bam Bam for your service

I was warned about this company and should have listened. I wish I would have seen the reviews here before scheduling them. I've actually been afraid to post a review for fear of repercussions. Suffice it to say, the other reviews here are dead on. This is not a reputable company and operates under multiple company names most likely because of bad reviews associated with each name.

These guys over charge and leave a mess. I caught their ad on craigslist. Yeah....so he has his own truck mounted equipement that doesn't mean they will do a good job. My grout was still dirty in a lot of places even after they used some really toxic, smelly solution on it. Floors were left wet to....Save your money and just do it yourself. By far I did a better job after ordering the grout cleaner on the AS SEEN IT ON TV web site.

these guys are a scam. they advertise as three different companies with out telling you. they flood craig's list with 20 -30 ads a day. If this is their true character, they don't belong in your house.

My ceramic floors were left with a residue that I had to mop up after they left.

MOST of my ceramic tile had water everywhere!? I would expect if you going

to clean someones floors I would clean up the residue left behind. Some

areas had no change and the grout still appeared dirty. My carpets were cleaned

but a day later had a strange smell. Would not recommend.
