Called AAA because of a flat tire. Was told by the person on the phone that they would be there within the hour. I called 2 HOURS later and they were still 30 minutes away. It took over 2 and a half hours to get my tire changed. If AAA tries to send this company ask for someone else.

Dont get upset and write bad complaints because you parked somewhere you shouldn't have and got your car towed. Its not the companies fault you parked in the wrong place it is you own. I know for a fact if there is a mistake they take care of it and can not charge you for it. I have been using them for yrs and they are always very helpful. Great car repair work and even better prices. Thanks for all your hard work!

Awful. Unrightfully towed my car as I had the appropriate tag... and it's in my own dang lot for my townhome I rent. Lady at the front desk is extremely rude, condescending, and overall unprofessional. Trying to charge me $30 just to open the gate so I can show them I have a parking pass.

This place is a Joke....

I would not use this service, very shady. The office is dirty and outdated, not to mention the employees are very rude!

I was stuck out in Kent during that last winter blast. They took care of my towing my care safely and securely. The staff was nice and friendly.

I dont know what fairytale princess id talking about they are very nice people. she probley had her car impounded and was being rude to them. i've seen it before when i've gone in there to pick up my car. i highly recommened them.

I call to get my car and a lady answer and she was cursing and ver rud to me!!
