Great guy, easy to work with, fast service, low prices... AT FIRST! Right before the heat wave this past summer our AC went out. Called John Baker. He was out the next day to see what was going on. $3,000 and one day later we were back up and running. We were assured that now our heat (we have a heat pump) would work better than ever since he also installed a new blower. The unit froze up once, but no big issues... until now. Go to turn the heat on last night... NOTHING! No heat, no air, no power. Contacted John Baker. He doesn't service electric furnaces, but he can come out (at the cost of a service call) and see what's up. My husband calls. NEW STORY - the AC unit he sold us isn't compatible with a heat pump (our only heating source). We will have to have a new furnace installed, and now he suddenly can install electric furnaces. BEWARE! Know what's actually going in and sign a service agreement before trusting this guy!
