Heading home from Des Moines to Springfield IL hauling a 31ft trailer. Blew a spark plug out of the cylinder head on my Ford Excursion. Nice enough to let us put trailer in parking lot and run electricity off of their pole while we waited. They were able to fit us in that day ( besides being extremely busy) and finish the job by 6pm that evening. Offered to tow our trailer to nearby campground while the repair cured and a part was ordered in for the next day. They got us in 1st thing and had the power pack installed and out in 20 minutes the next morning! Very Friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff. I highly recommend them!

I can't explain in enough words how wonderful the guys at BJ's are. They have been a tremendous help and they know their stuff. They fixed my car in a timely manor and they aren't like a lot of auto shops that fix one thing and break another just to get more money out of you. They really are a great group of folks and I HIGHLY suggest if you are in need of auto work and you are in the area or even passing through that this be the auto shop you choose.
