If I ever need another appliance repaired this is the company I will call. I contacted Joe at 8:30 AM. He promised to be at my home between 11 AM and 2 PM. He called and asked if he could arrive early. He arrived about 10:45 AM, diagnosed the problem with my dryer, removed all the lint from inside the machine, replaced the part and was out the door by 11:15 AM. INCREDIBLE SERVICE by a professional, polite tech. Thank You Joe!

My dryer stopped heating and I went into full panic mode. The company I usually use couldn't schedule me for 8 days which was out of the question. I called Atlas at 9am in the morning hoping to get service within a day or two and by 12:30pm the same day not only did Atlas come out and let me know what was going on but they had me up and running again! Price was reasonable and I couldn't beat the turnaround time. I would use them again in the future.

Atlas responded to my call and repaired my dryer all within 2 hours. Professional and personal!

First time doing business with Atlas and so pleased. They are professional and courteous. I was told they would call the next morning to give me a window of time, and they called first thing in the morning. In a day and age when companies don't care about the customer, Atlas stands out. Their work is superior; they have the parts in their truck; and, they are pleasant all around. Great great company!

I called Atlas at 3:30 p.m. and was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were there on time and diagnosed the problem in minutes. My refrigerator was fixed in no time! I will definitely call Atlas for all my appliance service needs in the future!

Excellent service! Came out on Christmas Eve & fixed my oven in time to cook christmas dinner! Would definitely recommend Atlas iff you're in need .

Prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable about the product. He explained the system failure. Brought a possible failed part but checked it and it did not need the part so he took it back with him. Repair was diagnosed Thursday PM and repaired on Saturday AM. As a service professional myself in the electronic repair business I would highly recommend !!!!!!

Two miracles...first, they showed up when they said they would.

Second...they actually were prepared with the right part (I had an icemaker that was broken and it was to a very old refrigerator)

Guess I should mention the 3rd miracle; the icemaker was working again like new in 5 minutes!

Atlas called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would and my dryer was diagnosed and fixed in minutes! And all of this on a holiday weekend!! Would use them again in a second!!

They were there on time and diagnosed problem in minutes. My technician was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Average price. Quick service. Efficient results. No complaints here.

This is the first time I called Atlas Appliance Repairs and I would highly recommend them to everyone. The service man was informative and did not try to "sell" me on the repair he gave me the pros and cons and let me decide. The parts have to be ordered and due to the weekend will take a few days. I am quite happy and I will definetly call them if I have another appliance break down in the future.

It was my first time using Atlas Appliance Repairs, and needless to say they were the best of the best. The man I had to come out to my house was very nice and educated on what he was doing with my broken refrigerator. Their prices were very cheap as well! I would most certainly recommend them and use them for any other problem I have in the future.

great service. They have repaired my refrigerator, dishwasher and now my dryer. Sent a service tech to my house the day after we called. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem the first time, gave a fair accurate estimate and installed the part as soon as it was available. They define excellent customer service. For appliance repair, its a no brainer to call Atlas.
