Tim Robinson and Brandon are the best! They were personable, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tim explain the process of taking the old leaky garbage disposal off and installing a new garbage disposal. Brandon was assisting in getting the tools and anticipating Tim’s needs during the process. They worked great together. The whole process took about 45 minutes to an hour which was his stated time. Tim explained everything to me,there were no surprises he quoted the price upfront and I was given a year warranty on the services. All in all it was a painless procedure. Sometimes when you deal with repair people it’s not what it was stated to be. Not the case with Atlantis plumbing, This is the second time I’ve needed their experience and expertise. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing services. Thank you, once again!

Mr. Tim Robinson and Mr. Brandon Spradlin are very professional plumbers I've ever met. They did all the tests before they provide any suggestion to you. We had severe blockage in our kitchen sink drain. We had tried several means of opening up the drain but to no avail. Robert Camp of Atlantis Plumbing cleared up the problem for us. Robert was quite knowledgeable, polite, and professional. We will use Atlantis Plumbing again should the need arise and will definitely ask for Robert.

Technician John Massey offered me the option of a more complete toilet bowl fix than simply flush valve replacement, explaining the benefits and need clearly. I chose a rebuild, and the completed work was impeccable. An improvement in operation, appearance, and 6-month warranty left me with total confidence in this upstairs unit. John’s courtesy and professionalism stood out from start to finish.

Atlantis plumbing has two top knotch employees, Wayne and Jason met my expectations upon arrival. Called Atlantis Plumbing for an issue with a back up in the house within an hour they were at my front door! Guys were very thorough and did I mention they gave me a great price!! If your ever in need of plumbing work I highly recommend you ask for these guys!

Called Atlantis Plumbing in dire need of help! They sent Jason to my house to take a look at the busted water pipe I had behind my sink. He was very knowledgeable. Wayne, his, supervisor even came out to assist with the issue. He walked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable that they both knew what they were doing! Butch was a breath of fresh air. I hired another company to replace a sewer drain for $5500 and a 2 day timeframe. After the first day and a 10ft hole in my back yard, they told me the job could take 2 weeks and the price could triple. Luckily, I called Atlantis and Butch was out there same day and said he could get the job done for the original quote of the first company in 1.5 days. He was finished in 1 day. Butch was honest and professional during a time when I was in a very vulnerable position (a giant hole in the backyard with sewage draining into it is a bit of an emergency situation!). Thank you Butch. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We recently had some work done at our house by Atlantis Plumbing Cy came out and did the work. He was very knowledgeable and explained the work to me very thoroughly so I understood what was necessary and my options before starting the work so there were no surprises. We will definitely continue to use this company and request Cy to do our work.

We installed a new sink an faucet and tried doing the plumbing ourselves. Well, it didn't turn out so well and we needed immediate assistance since the water had been turned off for a day, and we had a slow leak. It was noon on a Saturday and CY came immediately out. CY fixed our problem in a professional manner and we have already referred Atlantis Plumbing to family members. If the need ever arises again for a plumber, Atlantis Plumbing has our business. I would like to add they charged us a fair rate and did not overcharge as some would have done for a Saturday (last minute) service call. Thanks CY!

We discovered a leak from our laundry closet and called Atlantis Plumbing to check if it was a pipe leak or a washing machine leak. Cy came Thursday 9/3 and thoroughly inspected the pipes. He determined that it was a faulty washing machine. Atlantis Plumbing did not charge for this service as part of their free estimate policy. Cy was kind enough to let us know that current codes called for a gravity drain that would handle such leaks. Our laundry room is on the main level of a ranch house over a basement. A couple days later we talked to Cy about what would be involved in the installation of a gravity drain. We decided on doing this upgrade while the water damage was being repaired. We called Atlantis Plumbing and they scheduled Cy to come and stub in the drain Monday 9/7. When the new flooring is installed he will come back to finish the gravity drain. Cy always calls before he arrives and does arrive on time. He is very knowledgeable and proficient. The people in the office who schedule the plumbers are very nice on the phone. We highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing.
