i have used a few carpet companies before, these guys got out spots they all left behind, they were in uniform, it was a pleasure to have them in my home, they gave a price on the phone and that was the price when they were done, (not the case with the coupon people i used)they know there stuff, did a great job i reffered them to my neighbor and she was verry pleased too, then they sent me a 10% of for the next time just for telling my neighbor to call. i will use them again thanks guys

They showed up on time which was nice. We had a couple of really deep stains, one from a spilled paint can, and the other was a grease stain, and pro touch removed both of them without a trace. We would use them again.
