Provided by YP.comJoe from At Home Inspections did such a complete job there was hardly a question I could think of asking by the time he was finished. This was a top to bottom and inside out Real Home Inspection. Not just a 1 hour walk through, I mean he checked every window, door outlet, appliance as well all the Important Major Stuff - Like Structure, Heater, A /C, Roof, Attic Venting and Insulation, Exterior Siding, Basement and Exterior Drainage, Gutters, Plumbing, Electrical Panel and all the visible wiring in between. Pictures were taken to document all found defects which were all added into the Report in it's related section. The Report as a whole was of the most Comprehensive Indexed Report I have had the pleasure to read. Also, included on Top of the Report was a Letter with all Found Defects in a easy to understand Format ready to hand to the lawyer for Discussion. All together the whole process was a pleasure and exceded my expectations in every way; I walked away really feeling I had gotten much more then my moneys worth. Provided by YP.comI had called and made an appt. with Joe Attara for a Saturday morning @ 10 am. He called me and told me he was going to be an hour late, he did not show up for 2 hours. When he did show up, he looked VERY unperfessional. Looked like he hadn't shaved in 5 days & his clothing was dirty. This inspector told s he would email us our report by Sunday night, it is now Tuesday afternoon and we still do not have it. Everytime I call this guy him he either does not answer or his phone is off. I will do some research next time I need a home inspector and will definatly not call or recommend him to anyone.
LAUREN IS A VERY CREATIVE WRITER. FIRST I SHAVE EVERY DAY, I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING OUT SOME SHORT FACIAL HAIR BY CHOICE, THEN NOT NOW. SECOND,LAUREN WAS TOLD I HAD A PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT AT 9 am TO CERTIFY A HEATER. I TRIED TO SET HER UP FOR THE AFTERNOON BUT SHE REFUSED SO I ASKED HER IF SHE WANTED ME TO CALL HER WHEN DONE SO SHE COULD MEET ME THEN and NOT WAIT AROUND. SHE CHOOSE TO GO THERE NOT TO WAIT FOR ME BUT TO LOOK AT A FEW MORE THINGS, AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT SHE TOLD ME. I SPENT OVER 3 HOURS INSPECTING FOR HER BECAUSE SHE WAS NIT PICKING EVERY SCRATCH EVEN THOUGH MOST PEOPLE PAINT BEFORE THEY MOVE. FINALLY, SHE WAS PROMISED HER REPORT LATE SUNDAY or MONDAY MORNING and WAS E-MAILED MONDAY MORNING, BUT BEING THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SHE IS, SHE COULD WAIT TO TALK TO ME BEFORE SHE WROTE ALL THIS NONSENSE or SHE WOULD HAVE FOUND HER REPORT WAS E-MAILED TO HER PERSONAL E-MAIL NOT HER WORK ADDRESS WHERE SHE WAS LOOKING. NOTE,OF THE OVER 2,000 INSPECTIONS COMPLETED I HAVE MORE THEN SATISFIED EVERY ONE BUT HER and SINCE 99.9% OF THE HAPPY CUSTOMERS DON'T WRITE ANYTHING I AM QUITE PROUD OF MY RECORD.

Provided by YP.comTHE COMPANY DID A REALLY COMPLETE INSPECTION, NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOO or HOW MANY QUESTIONS I ASKED THE INSPECTOR WAS HAPPY TO ANSWER.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I TELL ANYONE THAT I KNOW IS BUYING or SELLING A HOUSE.
