I have never seen a store that like this. What a total mess. The floors are filthy and the employees unwilling to help. I guess this is the reason why I have heard nothing good about this place.

I have always loved Garden Ridge, but am very disappointed today to find that they do not answer their phone, nor is their any menu option on their automated phone that eventually allows you to talk to a live person. Unfortunately for Garden Ridge, I was wanting to come in today and make a large furniture purchase; however, since I was unable to contact them prior to making the hour long trip to the store; I guess that is my answer to buy my furniture elsewhere.

Garden Ridge should be ashamed for doing their customers this way. I have been a loyal customer for years and years, but this has me totally rethinking any purchase of any amount because I can't get them on the phone. I cannot imagine how one would handle a problem with Garden Ridge once they got something home and had a problem with it, were overcharged on their receipt, or had an item that was paid for and accidentally left at the store!
