I waited 4 hours in 114-degree weather for ASAP Towing to come and give me a jumpstart for my motorcycle and after they showed up at the wrong place 9 miles away due to their own incompetence they told me I'd have to wait another hour and a half. I could've been out of there on my own long before that but I expected them to fulfill their emergency roadside assistance contract with GEICO whom I pay to provide that emergency service and both failed miserably. I'm considering bringing breach of contract lawsuits against both of them.
