ASAP electric was impressive. The lady that answered the phone was very polite. They arrived within an hour of my call. They electrician arrived in uniform, placed shoe covers over his boots, and was a certified master electrician. He gave me an excellent price up front. What i liked most was that he started the work right then and there, and even finished the job the same day. After completing the work he cleaned up after his self. Which made my wife verry happy. We have used them for numerous other projects. I have referred many of my friends and family members and they were all just as pleased. We need more service companies like ASAP electric. Thanks for the great job.

I called and made an appointment. They cancelled on me three times. The final scheduled date they told me they'd be there by 9:00 AM. By 9:45 AM no repairman. We gave them four chances to do business with them That's far more than most businesses would. Their company is called ASAP Electrical. They should re name it SAP Electrical. I'd give them an "F" in customer service.
