It was fast prompt service,at a fair price would use again

My grandfather was experiencing problems with his oven. Somehow his door would not open & his food he was cooking was locked inside it. We called several appliance companies during the weekend. The only company that would come out on Sunday with an affordable price was Arrow Appliance. They were able to be at his house within an hour. It turned out that the door lock had gotten stuck. The technician had a pleasant attitude & my grandfathers chicken was out of the oven within 30 minutes. If it weren't for the technician who knows his house may have caught on fire. Thank you Arrow Appliance & Co!

I was very pleased with the service that Arrow Appliance provided. The technician was dressed professionally & also kept me informed of what he was doing.The prices were very reasonable, I had called around before deciding to go with Arrow and found they had the best rates. He came out on a Sunday which I wasn't expecting. He arrived on time & called when he was 15 minutes away from getting to my home. I have had no problems at all with my Washing machine and it was serviced by them 6 months ago. I would highly recommend Arrow Appliance to anyone!
