I can't say enough good things about AZ's Best. They're an extremely responsible and responsive company; their pricing is very reasonable; and their people are nothing short of terrific. Shawn did an outstanding job of sealing the exterior of my home, and takes really good care of me with periodic termite treatments. He's casual, very friendly, and easy to talk to, but still a complete professional. Kyle is the technician who comes to my home every month to do interior and exterior spraying. He's personable, fun, energetic and, like Shawn, the consummate professional. It's now mid-November of 2018 and since January of this year, I've had exactly one (1) scorpion and one (1) cockroach inside my home. Both critters, however, were dead when I encountered them, and more importantly, neither had gotten more an 6 inches from the nearest baseboard before they met their fate. In my opinion, that speaks volumes about the effectiveness of the materials used by AZ's Best, and about the thoroughness of the company's technicians. I guarantee that I'll continue to do business with Arizona's Best Pest Control for as long we're both around.

This is one of the best company's. There work is exceptional. When I bought my home there was a terrible tick problem. They came sprayed and put down granules. four days later I saw more so I called as they recommended. We continued for a month or two It has been Three years and never seen another tick. As a mater of a fact no ants, roaches or anything. I would highly recommend Them. And My guy Derek is fantastic guy Polite,frendly, courteous and willing to work around my crazy schedule.

I have used Arizona's Best Choice for 5 years now. They have done our Pest control and recently we had them do our termites. The technicians were professional and so helpful. They explained to my husband and I what needed to be done and showed us their work after it was completed. They scheduled a follow-up appointment and were prompt and professional each time they have come to our home. The owner is nice and attentive to my many questions on the chemicals they use, he even showed me the MSDS sheets to ease my mind. From the office staff that schedules our appointements to the technicians that come out to service our home, make this company a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Having discovered I had a bed bug problem, I felt that it was somehow my fault, and I certainly didn’t want to talk to my friends to get help. I tried to use off the shelf pesticides at the local hardware store, but they did not work. Finally, I called AZ Best Pest. I learned that bed bugs can be found in houses of the rich, poor and everywhere in between. They infect business, and residential areas. An AZ Best Pest technician explained that there was nothing to be ashamed of. With his help we were able to get the problem under control and then eliminate the bugs completely. Now, I sleep better at night, and I am so thankful for AZ Best Pest.

I have had problems with cockroaches for the last five years that I have lived in my home, and every pest control company I have used has been disappointing. The roaches will be gone for a few days and then come back. AZ Best Pest took a much different approach and helped me control the cockroaches. Not only was their treatment more effective, but they also helped me to eliminate the sources in my home that was attracting them. AZ Best Pest has the most knowledgeable technicians I have found, and I would recommend the service to anyone.

Scared to death is the best way to describe how I felt when I saw my first scorpion. Having been raised in the east, I had never seen one live before, but there it was in the middle of my kitchen floor. I didn’t know what to do but call AZ Best Pest control. They came out to my house quickly and killed the scorpion, which had crawled behind my kitchen stove. They also laid down traps to capture any other scorpions that had entered my home. I am now able to relax again and sleep easier. Thank you, AZ Best Pest.

No more scorpions or termites, ...at least not in my house. A neighbor kindly recommended Shane Buntin of Arizona's Best Choice Pest and Termites when she learned we were infested. This was over three months ago and I haven't seen one termite or scorpion since Shane came out and treated. I just recommended Shane to my son who has a problem with bugs. I had a very poor experience with this company. They came out and did a serviceable job with a termite inspection. However, they then gave us the hard sell on "service plan" with a termination fee. After they missed a scheduled treatment and we received a quote from a competitor that was 35% lower, we decided to cancel the contract. Despite that cancellation, the technician showed up a couple of weeks later. When I called to cancel again, they charged me for both the service call and the termination. I called and politely told them I would pay for either the termination fee ($50) or the service call ($55) but not both. They indicated I should pay $55 service call and we would be all set. I paid the $55 and now every 90 days they send me an invoice for the "early termination fee". Attempts to resolve have been fruitless. I am resigned to paying the ridiculous termination fee, but want to warn others from doing business with this company.
