In response to Robin T "Worst Customer Service" When Robin called I tried to explain that I did not get any emails that I just delete with out reading them!! how ever I do not go through any of the emails that end up in the junk emails ... I tried to explain that to Robin but I think at that point we already had a break down in our communication

WORST in customer service. Their website INVITES you to email them providing an email address. I took pictures of stumps with a tapemeasure on the stump and asked if they serviced my area and for pricing so I could be prepared - I sent on the 28th of December. On January 7th, I get a notice that a "Scott Cebulski" deleted the email without reading it. When I called, the gentlemen was short and clipped and I explained my situation and he said I don't know who could have deleted that and when I said Scott he said well that's me and I don't accept any emails -- WTF??? your website invites people to email. Well, enough for me. I'll deal with someone who doesn't falsely represent acceptance of emails and then deletes them and argues with you. Moving onward. If you value customer service, search elsewhere.
