Long story short. In April 2014 the owner himself installs a mesh fence around my pool. He promises up to 40,000 NO PROBLEM opening, closings and locking of the gate. By September, I need to manually push the gate to close. I call the company, business was sold, new owner. They offer to adjust gate for $45 house call. They don't even wanna consider changing the lock. "Waranty"??? What a joke.

We had our fence installed in 2010 and were completely happy with the design, installation and price, but have changed our yard and would like a part of the fence moved. We've called and left 5 messages and 1 email and have had no response. I guess if it's not a full job, it's not worth his time, for which we expected to pay a fee.

We chose to go with mesh removable because Micheal spoke so highly of this fence. We've owned it now for 1 yr exact & have already had multiple problems w it;( after calling several times he comes out & fixes it but it literally takes him days to even return your call;( the posts break easily & the mesh does not stay tight very long. If your thinking of going mesh -pay the extra $ to go w iron it will be so much more worth it in the end. We now have a broken pole &for the 5th time a he's got to come out & fix it again!;( it's day 3 & of coarse as usual no call back yet! How risky when you have a little 1- there consumer service stinks! I Don't recommend this company to any1;(

I had AZ pool fence install around our pool about 3 years ago. I loved initial "talk" of warranty, service etc. However, recently some friends of my sons ran into while playing football and broke two polls. I have left two messages with on the website business number as well as sent an email with no response. I guess the initial "good guy" impression was a dupe.
