We had to live with holes in the roof (ceiling) over our living room, then it leaked over the dining room and then the bathroom for 4 months...Richard Pantoja would not fix it so we had to block off the room because squirrels and birds were coming in. We waited until the lease was up and moved with a month's notice. He put a negative report on our credit report which was a lie. All the neighbors said he was a slum lord and treated all his tenants the same way. His shoddy repairs? did next to nothing solve problems. We have dozens of pictures of the damage and they have dates on them. We sent pictures and letters to him via certified mail which he would not accept. Stay as far away from Aristocats Realty as possible.
