Incredibly impressed with Archangels. They were hired by our apartment complex, and were perhaps the only ones involved in the situation that made a concerted effort to explain the situation, keep us updated, and just generally express care/concern. Tao, especially, went above and beyond to make himself available to us for any questions or concerns. In the midst of a very busy/long day, they were always available to put their work on hold if need be, such as when we had to retrieve some items from the apartment. I sincerely wish for these men to get the credit they deserve for doing a difficult job with honor and integrity.

We were very satisfied with the services provided by Archangels. Keith Klein was very polite during the bad time in our lives. He did an excellent job at keeping us informed as he did the clean up. He deserves a very big "well done"

Archangels were called into our house. From the first minute they were contacted to the moment they left every person that helped made the clean up process go smoothly. The 2 gentlemen that came to our house were just that, gentlemen. They treated everything in the room with love and respect as if it was theirs. They were very professional and very diligent on every detail. After many hours in the house they left and to this day, 7 months later I can enter the room and find peace in my son's room again.

We honestly could not have been more satisfied with the prompt, caring and careful service we received. After reaching a dead end with the first service I called - a major, well-known clean-up company ( no human to speak to, endless buttons to push), I googled "cleanup" and called Archangels. They were there within 3 hours, and the entire apartment was cleaned, sanitized, and emptied within 3 days. The men were so polite and efficient. Thank you for the excellent, compassionate service, the professionalism, and the great follow-up.

Dealing with Archangels was simple and professional during a very difficult time. They were able to respond very quickly and completed the services sooner then expected. After Archangels services, the home was restored to its normal condition without any traces of the incident or of the cleaning.

There aren’t enough words to say how we feel about Jeremy, Frankie and Jimmy. They are indeed angels. They went above and beyond and we felt they treated us like family. This crew is caring, considerate and very respectful. In the middle of our tragedy we went over to duct tape all the windows that had holes from tear gas being shot thru and they already had the windows covered with plastic. We did not expect that and were so thankful. In this world, when you here about all the rotten things people do to each other and you start to lose faith, then comes along men like these. This was not just a job to these men, we felt like they actually cared. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The Archangels team did a great job in a stressful situation. My mom had passed away in her home and they showed up right away, even though I was out of town and it was 2 days until Christmas. They worked through the Christmas holiday to make sure the house was cleaned up quickly. They did a wonderful job, and Kevin was very helpful through the entire process. Thank you.

Archangels are truly the most helpful and compassionate people to handle one of the most difficult situations such as Bio-recovery services. At a time when we did not know what to do, the detective recommended them and they called us and said we can help you right now - immediately they took over and handled everything and kept us completely informed. All the work was done within 24 hours. The word Angel in the name describes them best. They will give you complete Peace of Mind. They are legitimate, professional and most of all compassionate. The guys at ArchAngels were so professional, understanding, informative, caring, generous with their time/ assistance AND did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning up a very traumatic accident for us. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go with these guys to help you through your tough time (and for all your cleaning needs). We called around to a few places and didn't receive HALF the time and support from those national companies that ArchAngels provided (even with the first initial phone call). I really can't say enough about how wonderful they were and can't thank them enough for what they have done for our family.

It was a very hard day walking into my 47 year old brother's house to attend to matters and clean up. Archangels met us there when we arrived and took care of everything so we didn't have to see the mess that was left behind. From the time we called them on the phone (the night before we were driving to a different state to go to my brother's house) to the time they were finished, they were calm, courteous, respectful and thorough. They took the time to explain everything to us, get the insurance claim started and processed, and took us through every step of the entire cleanup process with ease.



These guys were great and set our minds at ease during an extremely stressful and sad time in our lives. I would highly recommend them to help you with the cleanup process.

I am an insurance adjuster that was seeking the services of a Biohazard team and was very fortunate to have come across Archangels Bioreovery Inc. 

 

I ran into issues in having equipment released from a towing company and Archangels went ...way above and beyond ...to assist and was able to retrieve the equipment for me.  It involved a lot of work for them to take care of this matter for us, but they did so without complaint and were happy to help me when they could have just as easily told me to resolve this matter myself as this was really not their responsibility.

 

I can't recall a time where the service was so outstanding that I felt t was important for me to at the very least let others know that I had an extremely positive experience with this company. 

 

I would not hesitate to use this company again.

It was one of the saddest days ever. My 40 year old brother-in-law died suddenly from sepsis heart, having contracted MRSA and staph while hospitalized, he had fallen quite ill. He died unexpectedly it was devastating for my sister and her 3 small children. The staff at Archangels BioRecovery Inc.came to our rescue. They were respectful of our situation, they were comforting and caring when so much needed to be done and most of all they were efficient and professional. They did a fantastic job, their capabilities for cleaning and restoring the rooms that were terribly soiled and contaminated, as well as, disposing of all unsanitary bedding, clothes, and the like was well organized and proficient. They worked with me to do all the necessary cleaning as well as replace the carpet in a timely manner. The house had to be ready for a post funeral luncheon and it was. I couldn't have asked for more support and consideration during this crisis. They were a blessing in every sense of the word
