Don't expect a call back if you have a small plumbing job. Called them a couple times. First call described/requested that I'd like a few things done at my house (e.g., shower valve, toilet repair, kitchen disposal). They said they'd call back and schedule an appointment. They never called. I called back a couple of more times, left messages, and the never returned the call. Not impressed.
