While the work was done correctly. I felt I was misled about how difficult it would be to install the replacement part myself, when I asked about the complexity of it. It took the service man 30 minutes to remove and install the new part, and the labor was approx. $179 before tax. The time charged is not actual but what the "book" says to charge, which I just believe is not right. Will be hard pressed to use them again as I don't think he had his customers best interest in mind.

Clint does what he says and has never let me down. He has been very knowledgeable about my appliance and was careful not to create more problems while troubleshooting or during the disassembly/assembly process. Even when the equipment manufacturer was unable or unwilling to help, Clint was more than happy to assist. Since he is basically a one man team, he is able to provide the best service. I've called other repair companies but he is the only one who was willing to listen and help.

Clint has been in our home on a number of occasions over the past 10 years. Always shows up, is reasonable and most importantly knows what he's doing with all kinds of appliances. From inexpensive models to the most obscure designer names. We count on him and will continue to do so.
